Easy walking distance to centre of Oslo. Location next to a beautiful river and in a trendy district. Free parking on the street. Quiet apartment, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, cosy and warm in December.

Could have done with some more kitchen utensils - larger frying pan, extra saucepan, more tea towels, toaster, etc. Otherwise it was all OK.

Good location, although a bit off the center. But many bars, cafes and shops in the area. BIG (even too) spacious rooms with all the necessities. It's a developing area so things are a bit rough still, also in a good way.

The rooms are quite empty because they are so big, but at least there's space to play and run around. Yes, developing area also in a bad way. Like junkies and constructing going on.

awesome！！！物超所值，四个人入住双卧室公寓，整个公寓大到超乎想象。三个卫生间，全套厨房设备，两个客厅和餐厅，地暖，非常舒适的居所。出门很方便找到超市和商业设施。离火车站约4站公交车，很安静。工作人员非常nice，我们中午到的，提前让我们入住也没问题，交流了很多，提供了很多oslo的咨询，此次旅行最棒的一个住所。

My son did not think it was very clean and the sheets were torn on the bed. The duvet covers were the cheapest of the cheap that you can buy at Ikea, I know because I have them.....

Large and clean 2 room apartment. Good price but we prefer more available staff.

Staffed by a nice very young lady who goes between two locations. We had to wait for her to return so we could check in, we had to wait again when we needed info about a taxi. Both times she was trying to help us and other guests at the same time who needed her.

The apartments were very spacious and well equipped.

However, the hallways were not ventilated at all and they were warm and stuffy.

Big space in the apartment! Very clean and bright, excellent place to stay in Oslo! The Wi-Fi is unstable sometimes, but we are fine with that!

The roomy facility with two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen was excellent. We could prepare our own food in a city that is very overpriced for us.

It needs more furniture. When you stay several days, it would be nice to have some drawer space in bedrooms and a few more comfortable chairs for reading in the kitchen/living room area.

In comparison with other hotels ist Chateu Apartments more better and cheaper. And you have more privacy accomodation. To centrum it is 15 minut on foot.

Budget friendly for a family of four making a short notice trip. Close enough to the city center to walk.

Elevator was broken. No air conditioning in the building. Not the best of neighborhods, but it is improving.

Beautiful, modern 2 story apartment with well equipped kitchen, beautiful views of Oslo, free wi-fi, free laundry facilities, walking distance to center of Oslo (10 min).

No parking available, high probability of earning a parking ticket due to parking restrictions

The apartment was great. Aside from lack of microwave. Everything was great. The kitchenware was great. The space is wonderful. The location might be the only issue, if you are picky, but the value is good.

Location..short walk to trams and cafes/restaurants. The staff did assist with our bags.

We were in an apartment in the next building....through garage, up and down stairs into the basement. We booked because of lift which my husband needs for muscular condition. Roomy apt but long narrow rooms....no microwave, toaster or towel rails.

Good sized room. Clean. Kitchen had supplies, except for a towel to dry dishes. Had washers to use for free. A good value for what we needed.

Area a little sketchy . We were upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom. We think its because they were doing work outside our window, started at 7 am each day. The route to our room from the lobby was very odd, a lot of hallways and stairs. They need something more than sheer curtains on living room window, especially with workers right outside. No shower curtain in bathroom , just a rod and hooks. Also could use some sort of bath mat, floor slippery when wet.

We liked the apartment which was large and had 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. We also loved the location in a quiet street only 2 tram stops away from city centre. It was good value for money.

The apartment did not have enough hooks in the bathroom or shelves for toiletry.. It also did not have a toilet paper holder so we had to place the toilet role on top of the trash bin. Further the drainage in the toilet was not good so water collected in the shower cubicle after each bath and never drained out totally.

There were 8 of us and we stayed in the apartment for 8 people. The apartment is on two floors. Space is huge. The hotel is close to the center - no more than 20 minutes to the center. Bus and tram station is 2 minutes away.

The apartment was very big and fresh. Complete and fully furnished kitchen. Comfortable beds. Big windows and a lot of light. Walking distance to the city center.

Bed sheets and towels are quite rough. There is no basic cleaning equipment and no toilet brush.

Fantastic amount of space in the appartment with comfortable beds. Two bathrooms with wet room facilities were great. Staff were friendly and helpful eg were very quick to sort out an internet access problem. Appartment was also nice and warm. Location also good - plenty of food shops (and tram links) within a few minutes walk. The city centre was easily walkable but had good tram links. Will use the appartments again on futuer visits.

Kitchen could have done with more equipment however it enough for us to cook full meals each night. Comfortable seating was not really adequate for 4 but ok for 3

Only one toilet, as 8 person apartment, could've done with 2nd toilet. 3 of the bedrooms didn't have separate doors & you had to walk thro 1 or 2 rooms to get in or out. In fairness it wasn't a problem for us as we were only there for one night & arrived late.
