Located in the very center of Moss, just 5 minuted walk from railway station. Very nice room, friendly and helpful staff. A perfect place to spend time waiting for a plane in Rygge. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, spoke very good English and were very polite! Very comfortable room, spacious with a balcony! Great location! Would definitely stay again!. Location near Rygge Airport, it takes 15min by car. An receptionist was so kind and helpful. Hot and cold water is available for 24hrs. Breakfast good.
all reviews » cosy little out of the way town, nice national park, hotel was fine, hotel kept well despite it's age and great reception staff. We were travelling out of Rygge (Moss) Airport in the morning and the hotel is only a short train or taxi journey - 10mins. We liked the friendly atmosphere at the reception and at the breakfast room. They were always smiling and ready to help. quiet, friendly staff, and very helpful, breakfast was basic but satisfactory, and the housekeeping was awesome,. great location staff very welcoming and helpful nothing to much much trouble for them would stay here again. Very quick check-in. Nice room, friendly staff. Good location in the middle of Moss. Everything was great!. Handy for Rygge airport, once you have car. We wanted normal tea bags because they were'nt replaced when they finished. stairs with small steps and large luggage,. not many tv programs in english in room but didnt stay here to watch tv. nothing in particular. The restaurant was closed on mondays. Creaky floor. One chair for two persons, Faucet in bathroom to replace. No lift, with 3 kids 5 bags and a buggy wasn't an wasy task getting up the stairs. Room a bit dark, bathroom cramped. Staff not very helpful when we asked for directions. Too expensive! but our best choice To far from airport. a bit noisy as some pub around. Noting it was great. We had some problems when we arrived and she had to consult her boss. It seemed clear to us that he just wanted her to kick us out and give us the money back. She did not tell us anything about the talk, and she just solved our problem. We became very happy with the solution. Poor breakfast, too expensive and no fridge in the rooms!. It feels a little bit going back to the 70th's when you stay in this hotel. Time to change the seeling in rooms and other areas....Time to renovate the staircase. No lift- bedrooms upstairs No phone in room No tea/ coffee in room No restaurant More expensive than our 4* hotel in central Oslo. Standard and the design is low level.
