  Friendly smart attentive, and willing members of staff from check in to check out. Staff were the best I have known, primarily as quite chilled and not overly formal. I simply cannot stand any place where the staff appear subservient. Here the balance was perfect. Cleanliness 10/10. Top brand bathroom goods, and above all the hotel has a nice atmo... what people say » sphere. Oh, and the price of approx. £110 per night was fair for central Oslo. The only complaint I have is about the couple who sat at the breakfast - When I checked in to this Hotel i didn't like the first room I had, I am very particular in when it comes to colors of my sorounding specially when it comes to the colors of room or colors of the curtain( some people are just like this) I called the reception right away and asked them if they could give me another room with light soroudings...5 minutes later they gave me the room that was just perfect..excellent service..no wonder I am here when I am in Oslo.

  Very clean and modern. Washer/dryer in room very handy. Also nice to have separate room for the children. Quiet and convenient location - Everything, hotel had everything that we needed and was in a nicelocation.

  I found the staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly and the standard of rooms and the hotel in reneral to be first class - quality breakfast, great location, very helpful staff, everything looks very stylish and cosy - great weekend getaway!

  This is n new hotel that was opened in February. In one word it was fantastic. The quality of everything from the decor, to service detail, and food were of the finest quality. The artwork was a collected and hung in almost every corner of the hotel even in the stairwells.
