when I arrived, my room was not ready - towels and bedlinen were on the floor and I had to go to the reception for another key. It is unfortunate that it is so far away from the airport...the staf must be fast!. Water is draining on the floor in bathroom (under the shower cabin door) during taking a shower.Shuttle bus service is good but very expensive. The room was very basic, like staying in an Ikea showroom!. Lack of early breakfast arrangements for an airport hotel. Over-priced restaurant. Over-priced bus from airport, I would expect a free courtessy bus for this sort of hoptel.
