Excellent reception desk service on the day. Buffet supper was excellent. Booking changes were lost, but staff fixed problem without fuss. Comfortable above average sized beds for Norwegian standards and bathrobe a nice bonus. The old part of the Hotel was bad, but the new part of the building was good!. We ordered a taxi to take us into town but the rate was excessive and we had to cancel. Maybe the hotel could organise a (paid) shuttle bus system to the airport and town for clients.
