Newly Refurbished our refurbishment consisted of a complete redecoration of all our 49 apartments which entails BRAND NEW beds, LCD flat screen T.Vs, a stunning leather furniture package, carpet and coats of paint.
With our central location within the CBD we are ideal for both the corporate and leisure traveler with direct access to Lambton Quay, shopping, not to mention a 5 minute walk to the Historic Cable Car and other Wonderful Wellington Attractions including the Wellington Harbor.
Also as an added BONUS we are now able to offer (off site) Gym facilities from SportsWide Gym LOCATED at 154 The Terrace.
We also service the apartments from Monday to Saturday.

We are ideally located in CBD of the city and with walking distance to most shopping and restaurants, The WestpacTrust Stadium, Te Papa-The Museum of New Zealand, Frank Kitt's Park. Ideally located for day trips to The Waiarapa and The Kapiti Coast.

Guests are offered the choice of spacious open plan Studio, 1and 2 bedroom apartments. Your apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. A Studio apartment offers spacious all in one living perfect for a night or two. Our one and two bedroom apartments have the added benefits of a separate lounge/dinning area.
All rooms have direct dialing, both in-coming and out-going, with Internet ports in each room. Faxes may be sent and received through reception.

From Wellington International Airport:

A taxi from the airport to us will cost in the region around $35/$40.00 and take about 20 minutes. A bus service called "The Stagecoach Flyer" leaves the airport every 30 minutes throughout the day. Hop off the bus at Capital on the Quay on Lambton Quay, take the lift to the eighth floor and cross the road, and there we are. Shuttle services on demand are also available from the airport.

From the Ferry:

A taxi from the Interislander Terminal will cost approximately $10/15.00 and from the Lynx Terminal approximately $6/10.00, and will take about 5-10 minutes to reach the hotel. Shuttle services are also available on demand.

If driving from the Interislander Terminal drive into the city and turn left into Whitmore Street (fourth set of lights from the ferry terminal) follow it through until it becomes Bowen Street, and then turn left off Bowen Street onto The Terrace. We are on the right-hand side as you travel up The Terrace.

If driving from the Lynx Terminal, simply drive out of the terminal, through the intersection into Whitmore Street follow it through until it becomes Bowen Street, and then turn left off Bowen Street onto The Terrace. We are on the right-hand side as you travel up The Terrace.

From the Train Station:

We are approximately a $8.00 taxi ride from the train station. Alternatively, you may choose to walk along Lambton Quay until you reach Capital on the Quay. Take the lifts to the eighth floor, exit the building, cross the road and there we are!

By Car from the North:

If arriving in Wellington from the north, simply take The Terrace Exit. Once at the traffic lights, turn left and we are about 100 meters down the road on you left.
