All apartments have laundry facilities and a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. Each apartment has a separate living and dining room. The bathroom has a hairdryer and free toiletries.

its location is A1 for access to venues, restaurants and shopping. it was comfortable, no frills, and priced accordingly I liked the fact that we could deposit our bags at your Boulcott St Village for pickup later in the day. We were a bit apprehensive about using an apartment but found everything great. We will do using the apartment next were in Wellington. Facilities in apartment very good, liked washing machine tumble dryer and dishwasher also clean and plenty of towels and toiletries.

Good value for 4 people. The location. I like that this apartment locates in the city central, and you can just check-in and get your keys when you arrive at any time. Location. Would have liked a view, however apartment was so good made up for that. Can't really think of anything not to our satisfaction. At the beginning, the fact that nobody was there to welcome. (Not usual for us. Our second room (303): we had no view outside; the 1st one was better (301). The kitchen was very poorly equipt - no strainer, minimal plates and cutlery. The apartment was very dark with brick walls within 1 m of any window. No parking was a hassle and only an expensive inmternet option was available. Main bed too small and a little roll-together The advertised balcony was extremely disappointing sofa not very comfortable. Over anxious parking ranger (I got two parking tickets in two days). The unit could sleep 4 people but only had comfortable seating for three as well as only three chairs for the table. No Parking facilities. Bit confused at first to find key as not clear at time if booking but a good idea. Didn't see any staff. was unsure what to do with swipe card on leaving. Not being told before hand about the unusual way of check-in. Credit Card was billed before the date of my visit. Had requested a roll away bed in my booking. Confirmed this request on our way down to Wellington when we arrived there was no roll away bed so rang again and was told that they would get 'house keeping on to it asap'. We then had an event to attend and arrived back at the Motel at about 10pm and still no rollaway bed. I rang the 0800 number and they arranged one to be delivered - this arrived at 11pm but had no sheets or pillowcases with it!!!!. No parking available!. Not very comforatble and very very noisy. Could hear the plumbing all night with people going to the bathroom. As the Brandon has no reception was hard to leave bags until ready to leave but staff at other hotel owned by the same people were very helpful. Car parking can be a problem Baking dish in the oven had to be cleaned down!. We couldn't see the sky, had no view (except of brick walls and looking straight into the next apartment) out of any window, and no balcony. Therefore no 'ambiance' as promised by the site we booked on. Also we had to ring to find out how to collect our key as there is no reception. And the lift only held two of us. No extra blankets and poor heating. No flannels. For our 5th person you charged us $45 for a roll away bed - that is a rip off. We had emailed and phoned about the extra bed and asked for an extra set of linen and cutlery- wasn't there when we arrived - we never got the extra linen and cutlery. No reception, no visible staff. The room that we stayed in had some rubbish left on the floor. The sheets of our bed got marks on them and the room smells when we got in. At night I could hear people next door arriving late. The smells were stomach churning. From the foyer smelling like fat fried food to the lift having another foul smell then the room smelt like mould with stained bedding. Couldn't possibly stay here ever!. There was no parking even though that was one of my requirements when I booked. No staff at the apartments you shouldn't have to go all the way to another site to check in. No heating. No value for money have stayed in better backpers in Australia for less money. Was not impressed with these apartments and will never book to stay there again. The lift was not suitable for 4 people even though it stated would take up to 500kg need to look at this as lift is not safe.
