Fantastic staff, spacious kitchens with 2 sinks and various cookers & hot plates. Free soup at 6. Location: 5 minutes walk to Queenstown Mall. Double bunk bed with a terrible mattress - though i did mention this and the manager said he would sort it for the future. Our Double room was in a cabin - probably lovely in summer - having to get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night was not fun and you also needed your key to get in and out of the kitchen. Paid wifi - though this seems common in NZ.
