  On a two way street so easy to get in and out of, good parking. Close to the city centre, close to main road in and out of town, close to the gardens, museums etc. A good motel to stay a week in as they have good cooking facilities. Friendly staff. We appreciated being able to have family visit us in our unit. Plenty of off street parking. Spacious and comfortable. Huge, comfy bed. Plenty of hot water. Efficient radiator heating system. Quiet and noise proof rooms. Lots of storage space. Great, powerful shower. The free breakfast was a lovely touch.

  A very cool place to stay at the heart of the city! Walking distance to EVERYTHING - shops, meals. We actually had too many options to choice from! Felt very safe there and the place was super clean. Great reception and friendly team. Free WiFi and parking. Definitely would stay there again.   Close to town we just rolled home.Great little Thai restaurant just down the road.Very nice facilities.loved the kitchen and we cooked a couple of times during our stay. The apartment had plenty of space and two decent bathrooms. The living area was upstairs and was spacious enough for us to entertain their friends.   This is the second time I've stayed here this time in a private en-suite room. It's a great place to stay for a couple of nights in the city. The room is clean and they provide towels, soap and hair wash(in the en-suite rooms). Staff are nice and you can get a proper coffee in the pool bar downstairs, but there is a full kitchen in the common area... what people say » if you'd rather make your own. - Large sunny workable Kitchen/Living area, liked that the bedrooms, sleeping and bathrooms were all on the same level - made it easy to get around. Liked the outdoor area, a great central location, minimum street noise, handy parking, loved Bikrum yoga 2mins away in York Street. A very happy stay thank you - Jess Gunn

  The location was perfect as it was close to the Dunedin Northern Cemetery which we wanted to visit , We will be staying at Bella Vista again next year. - The lady who checked me in and delivered the lovely breakfast was superb - very friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem at all :) Great Job!

The units are well appointed and equipped, and the room's washing machine/dryer combo was a life-saver for us!
