We were visiting Christchurch for a concert at the CBS Arena and it was handy to be able to walk there and also to the Cafes in Addington. Bus Stop was handy as well making our trip simple and enjoyable. Motel was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay. A warm welcome from very helpful staff. They even got our washing in when it stated to rain as we were out for the day. Considering they have been affected by the earthquake they have done a wonderful job. Easy to get into city centre by bus.

The hotel wasn't in the greatest part of town, but it did not bother us too much. There were very few restaurants within walking distance. Out dated (1970s). Had no complaints. I felt internet should be part of service - not an additional cost. I would have preferred to have had all single beds or a bed available in the lounge - or rooms big enough for a queen & a single bed like a lot of places have. Double bed too soft for me and couch too low for my old bones to get up from. Slightly dated. Décor a bit dated. Price place was a bit old, facilities needed some updating. very tired, out of date furnishing, musty bedding like not used or need airing out, old musty smelly unit.
