However, I was delighted! After a whole day of flying, check in was smooth and our room was immaculate and modern (604). The Deluxe Studio apartment was fresh and clean, and was in walking distance to the city centre, dining and the casino. We didn't have a car and got around fine. Had several room service orders throughout the stay and meals were always delivered within 15 minutes and of a very high standard (maybe to fast - caught me in the shower more than once ... :) ). The valet parking was very good and prompt, the porter bought our bags upto the room quickly, the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. We stayed on the Club Room floor which was also excellent and the drinks and canapes on the Club Room floor were very nice and the staff very helpful.
