Please note that this apartment does not have a reception. The keys can be picked up at the office. Our office opening hours are Monday – Friday : 10:00 - 20:15 CET Saturday – Sunday : 10:00 – 18:00 CET Checkin time from : 15:00 – 20:15 CET Please let us know what time you will be arriving at the office so we can make sure that we will be there to welcome you. Please reply to this email with your estimated time of arrival. Early checkin is not possible. We do not have the keys to your apartment at our office before 15:00 CET. You are welcome to store your luggage at our office while waiting for the keys between 10:00 – 15:00 CET. We can offer you a late checkin from 20:30 – 22:00 CET if possible. Only after you’ve received a confirmation by email send from our office. We charge a late checkin fee of 35 euro’s at checkin. After 22:00hr checking in is not possible. You’re welcome to come back the next day between 10:00 – 20:15 CET at our office. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
