  Lovely room, comfortable beds, nespresso machine was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good with a choice of cooked dishes and a cold buffet. The spa had just opened but we had forgotten our swim suits. Location was very good. Easy stroll to shops and restaurants and the station was a 15 min stroll along the canal, or you can catch the bus from ro... what people say » und the corner. Gaston and the other staff were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. We used their parking at a cost of 12 euros per night. - The location, facilities and above all the staff who were very friendly and helpful. This was especially true when I caught "Dutch Flu" and they let us stay in the room for an extra 2 hrs until it was time to go to the Airport - Gaston's suggestion. Also Gaston's mum who runs a shuttle service to the Airport deserves a positive mention. Thanks again.

  Everybody was very friendly. The service was excellent. Parking spaces are great ( when you stay at a hotel at the boulevard you have to pay for the parking at the road ) and the fact that you can leave the car for the whole day when checked out, is very generous. - Kindness of the staff, location, and good breakfast

  Clean, good size rooms, excellent bathrooms, good value for money. By far the best part was staff (Tamara and a male) who worked hard, were busy but went out of their way to help us.   The cleaning attendant did a superb job in the daily clean up of the room. The hotel staff were also quite friendly and appreciative. I would definitely go back there if i visit Rotterdam. - I liked the breakfast. it was humble, but sincere. The staff of the hotel was kind. The room was spacious.

  Since we were there on business and the office was 1 block away, we most enjoyed the location. I also found their spa facilities and gym wonderful for the evening hours. The staff is very friendly. The room was very quiet. - Beautifully designed comfortable rooms and great service.

  Everything was excellent - They were really helpful, I have 6 months old baby, They came to room and set up everything.. They asked me if I need baby bottle warmer or anything else.. I never thought Hotel would habe baby bottle warmer :)
