Very friendly staff, location was perfect, located right off the Dam behind the royal palace. Very clean. You get your room key and a key to the front door so you don't have to worry if someone is at the desk....you can let yourself in, anytime! - The location is great and the staff were very helpful. Great service.

Very clean and located no further than 5 mins walk to the city trams. Towels, bedding, household cleaning facilities, WiFi and TV and DVD all provided within the apartment. If I would be to stay again in the near future, ironing facilities would be excellent to complete the package. -

We were touring on push bikes, the host was waiting on arrival and offered us the opportunity to go out to eat, with him taking us to a restaurant in his car(only 1 pub offering food in the area) which we jumped at the chance and had a very enjoyable meal with a very respectable host. Room offered personal luxuries eg: wine, toiletries, bath robe
