  I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were. The rooms were big and clean, and the location of the hotel just can't be beaten. The hotel is in a really quiet area, but is still close enough to the centre of Amsterdam, the tram stop is about five mins away or to walk would probably take avout an hour, but its only about fifteen minutes walk from the Vondlepark.   It was good value as I got a cheap internet rate. Just opposite the hotel is the Amsterdamme Bos which is nice if you want to strecth your legs. The bar is nice and the prices are only a little above usual Amsterdam prices. Once again though Accor Hotels have let themselves down with the telvision services.   the staff were amazing, check in is at 2.00pm but when we turned up at 6.30am asking if we could leave our bags they asked if we wanted our room now, such a wonderful thought as we were so tired - Great service by the staff. Good meal at a very fair price.

They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. The decor of the hotel is great and although like all canal side town houses the rooms are small, they were well laid out and of a high quality. Our room was pretty small, but to be expected from a city centre hotel, especially in Amsterdam, however it was immaculately presented, beautifully decorated, and the bed was so comfortable we nearly didn't make it up in the morning. The staff were wonderful, and we will be going back.
