  It feels like being at home, while being away. The staff (the owner) is very helpful and you get practically individual attention from him. Whenever you need anything, he is there.   The location was fantastic - loved the windows overlooking the street! Lots to watch - even though the street is noisy, this unit is on the 3rd floor with the bedroom in back and very quiet. - This is a small 5 stars level hotel. It is luxury to stay there.   It was a big risk to book a two stars hotel but I took it based on the high customer review. I was right. Location was perfect, within walking distance to everything, very clean, breakfast was ok, and staff are very friendly. We booked the family suite and it was two super large rooms and a very spacious and modern bathroom. The room furniture ... what people say » was good. We wanted to stay in an old style hotel and this was a perfect one for us. Some reviews complained from the narrow and steep stairs. We st - The staff were really nice and helpful. When we checked in, the desk agent, named Naddy (sp?) was great. He made sure room was going to accommodate the four of us and all our luggage, and although he warned us of the huge climb to the top floor, we would most likely be happiest there. I imagine he was right. Although it was an attic-like room, it was suitable. Location of apartment is probably the best feature...also nice to have the breakfast food in the mornings.

  I had a fantastic stay. Staff was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nicely decorated.
