Absolutely super staff at the front desk and when we had trouble with the room key, a member of the cleaning staff who was on the floor at the time, took the initiative to assist us. We were acknowledged as visitors and immediately offered a map, city guide and brochure in English. To begin in this way made us feel welcome and encouraged us to spend our available dollars in Nijmegan.
