We had a wonderful stay in Maastricht and Ben was an excellent host! As a disabled individual, he did everything in his power to try to ease my stay. friendly owner, private atmosphere, very close to nice restaurants, cinema etc.The location was good. The front steps!!! They were not wheelchair friendly.breakfast is served in another building about 300 m away. all reviews »

The rooms are on the first, second and third floors. They are accessible by way of a separate entrance. There is a spacious shared bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and wash-hand basin on the first floor and a second separate toilet.
The whole building is non-smoking.
The room on the first floor has a double bed with TV and DVD-player.
The room on the second floor takes up the whole floor. There is a double bed (lits jumeaux) and there is a possibility for (an) additional bed(s). It is also equipped with a TV, a DVD-player and a wash-hand basin with hot and cold water.
The third room is located partly on the second and partly on the third floor. A TV, a DVD-player and a wash-hand basin with hot and cold water are on the second floor. A spiral staircase leads you to the third floor with double bed.

Coming by car:
Coming from the A2 from Eindhoven or from Heerlen, take a right at the first traffic lights when entering Maastricht.
You will pass 2 traffic lights before you cross the bridge over the river Maas, called the “Noorderbrug”.
At the next set of traffic lights take the lane to the left ,then take the first possibility to turn left again.At the end of the street go left and after the first to the right.Now you will enter into the Capucijnenstraat.
For free parking: route discription from traffic lights after the bridge over the river "Maas".
The 2 right lanes.Take a right turn here.
After 50 metres you will notice cars that are parked in front of “Rene Pans Meubelboulevard”.
If you can manage to make a U-turn here (be careful !), you can park for free.
