This is a friendly hotel. There is no fuss checking in or out. The rooms are lovely and the beds are comfortable. I had a lovely nights sleep and would certainly use this chain of hotels again as my first choice if I can. Hard working and friendly staff. relatively quiet, clean, reasonably spatious. Service was excellent for a hotel in this price range. Friendly staff, all facilities you'll require for a short stay.all reviews »
we had a nice stay. Though it is out of the city, but good public transport. Excellant staff. The staff. They were very helpful.Clean and friendly. Good value. Free internet access in the lobby. Close to bus stop.Just business. The direction supplied were wrong in the very last step (U turn on Churchill Way) which made finding the entrance at night difficult. A bit far from train station. They don't have lift, and we were offered room at first floor. But staff was very helpful, and they immediately managed to get a room for us on ground floor.Not too many things close by within walking distance. The room was a little small.
