One of the best locations being close to Central Station, Dam Square is 2 minute walk, all kinds of shops, restaurants, Anne Frank house and grocery store nearby. In room showers are very nice, Mark who manages the hotel is very nice, helpful and polite. Jasmine who is works in the wait staff is very nice, friendly and also well informed about the area. Would stay here again.

Staff were always friendly and happy to help with anything. Wifi was available in the room and the breakfast was always good. The room and all the toilets and showers were extremely clean. I was a little worried about shared showers but caused no issues at all. This couldn't be better located, 5 mins from central station, shop right outside, restaurants close by and bike rentals available right outside. 10 out of 10

I was here about 10 days ago with my friends, the location was really excellent, in the town center and near the train station, staff was helpful and very kind, the reception works 24h a day, it was clean and we had so much fun, I would recommend it if you are coming to Amsterdam.

The hotel was a block from the Rijksmuseum -- the breakfast room looked across the street to the back archway. We were two blocks from the Van Gogh Museum, and on the tram and bus lines that led everywhere. We were able to take a BUS to and from the airport by walking a few steps.

Let's be clear - this is a budget hotel. Basic furnishings, shared bathroom. If this is what you are after this is a very good choice. Great location. Tram at door. Three major museums no more than 500 m away, canals also, supermarket nearby, plenty of food options, and the wonderful vondelpark. Good basic breakfast. Bed comfortable. Clean facilities. Good vibe.
