Hotels near Saint Nicholas Church

very easy to get to and it was in walking distance of most everything . staff on reception were very helpful,the hotel bar was good for a drink or two . breakfast was self service but plenty of it.great place to get away and have no one care about your business. i would go back and stay there again. - Anonymous

The hotel is new and bright, the beds are very comfortable, our room was always very clean and the location is perfect. This is a first class hotel at an affordable price, which was recommended to me by several people and which made our stay in Amsterdam very enjoyable. - Michele

Although check in was not until 3pm, I arrived after a long flight at 10.00am. The receptionist, I'm sorry, but I dont know his name, he always smiles and seems to be always there,asked me to make myself comfortable in the lobby whilst he sorted something out. True to his word, within 15 minutes he had sorted a room for me and 10 minutes on I was fast asleep...Thank you! - Nigel

The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Nancy

So many nice extra touches, eg. range of toiletries in bathroom including hairbrush and a pillow menu. Big flat screen tv in the room. Lots of channels on tv, eg. BBC, Sky News. Very comfortable hotel and while in a busy location, I could not hear a sound outside. I would definitely go back there. Everywhere was so close. It is ideal for a couple. - Anonymous

The staff were probably the most helpful I have come across in 30 years of travelling the world. They even tracked us down by phone to tell us that a museum we thought closed at 9 was to close at 7. The decor of the hotel is great and although like all canal side town houses the rooms are small, they were well laid out and of a high quality. I have no hesitation in telling people to stay there. - Michael
