Very nice apartment, clean and well decorated. Plenty of communal living space. Great location away from more tourist areas but still within walking distance of Anne Frank museum etc. loads of great restaurants nearby. Market/supermarket 2 mins walk. Would use the apartment again no problem.

The two brothers who run the apartment hotels are very nice and friendly. We had the two bedroom apartment sharing with my in-laws. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen had everything we would need, the fact that we had a separate toilet and shower was very good. People could get ready for the day quicker this way.

Very large 3 bedroom apartment for the price of two hotel rooms. Very
large living room with flat screen tv and dvd player. Clean and modern
with an excellent coffee machine, but you had to go around the corner to
a supermarket to buy all supplies including sugar, special coffee
packets for the machine, etc. Free laundry facilities but you need to
supply your own detergent. Helpful manager when he is there. Good
location close to shopping, restaurants, flea markets, canal boats.

The host, Pieter, was great. He was very knowledgeable about the area, especially the neighborhood, and was able and willing to show me things that aren't in the travel books. The staff were really nice and helpful. When we checked in, the desk agent, named Naddy (sp?) was great. He made sure room was going to accommodate the four of us and all our luggage, and although he warned us of the huge climb to the top floor, we would most likely be happiest there. I imagine he was right. Although it was an attic-like room, it was suitable. Location of apartment is probably the best feature...also nice to have the breakfast food in the mornings.
