One of the best locations being close to Central Station, Dam Square is 2 minute walk, all kinds of shops, restaurants, Anne Frank house and grocery store nearby. In room showers are very nice, Mark who manages the hotel is very nice, helpful and polite. Jasmine who is works in the wait staff is very nice, friendly and also well informed about the area. Would stay here again.

Very friendly staff, location was perfect, located right off the Dam behind the royal palace. Very clean. You get your room key and a key to the front door so you don't have to worry if someone is at the desk....you can let yourself in, anytime! - The location is great and the staff were very helpful. Hotel Pax is a cute, clean place to stay for a few nights, and the location is absolutely superb. It's right on a major street between Anne Frank House and Dam Square. Lots to see and do, all within walking distance. From Central Station, it was only 2 short tram stops, then a 4 minute walk at most. (Trams are easily accessible from Dam Square).

In my opinion for the money it was a great place to stay when visiting Amsterdam! -
Staff were always friendly and happy to help with anything. Wifi was available in the room and the breakfast was always good. The room and all the toilets and showers were extremely clean. I was a little worried about shared showers but caused no issues at all. This couldn't be better located, 5 mins from central station, shop right outside, restaurants close by and bike rentals available right outside. 10 out of 10
