The hotel was a block from the Rijksmuseum -- the breakfast room looked across the street to the back archway. We were two blocks from the Van Gogh Museum, and on the tram and bus lines that led everywhere. We were able to take a BUS to and from the airport by walking a few steps.

Let's be clear - this is a budget hotel. Basic furnishings, shared bathroom. If this is what you are after this is a very good choice. Great location. Tram at door. Three major museums no more than 500 m away, canals also, supermarket nearby, plenty of food options, and the wonderful vondelpark. Good basic breakfast. Bed comfortable. Clean facilities. Good vibe.

I really enjoyed the whole experience of the houseboat! It was clean and I loved the fact that there was a terrace to feed the ducks! I also enjoyed taking a bubble bath in the nice huge bathtub! -

Excelent location. Large and confortable three-bed room with a private garden on the ground floor. Hotel staff polite ans attencious. Good breakfast buffet for european patterns. We had a great stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great - a good selection of different breads, cheeses and meat aswell as cereal, fruit and yoghurt. I have been in this apartment twice and is very comfortable. If I will go again in Amsterdam I will reserve again this hotel, the location is good and you have to take only the tram number.1 to go to the center. -
I liked the way our 4 apartments were all next door to each other.
There was a good area close by just a 10 minute walk.

Enjoy our stay at the Amadi Park hotel. The location is great. Close to many restaurants, cafes & shops. It is also a quick tram ride to major attractions.
Amadi Park hotel was easy to locate as was reception. Not sure why others had difficulty finding it, as instructions given were quite clear.
Nespresso machine & drinks in mini bar containing 2 of the following drinks coke, beer & water) were provided for free which is an added bonus.

The hotel itself is very new. Everything in the room was immaculate, and came with free coffee and tea. The bathroom was heated (a luxury in the winter!)
The wifi was very fast, and useful. The building is very cool, and has many hip restaurants surrounding it. It´s location is perfect for those who don´t want to be in the busiest part of the city. It´s about a 10 minute walk to the very center, and a 25 minute walk to the train station. But, it is very quiet, and extremely safe.

A good city hotel, in a really convenient location. The hotel does not have a breakfast room, but at the lobby area you may always find free hot coffee and tea facilities, furthermore at the area there are some restaurants were you may enjoy your breakfast. The rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfortable. Although the rooms are non smoking, you may smoke at the main balcony of the hotel. The receptionist are friendly and professional. The tram stop is really close with direct connection
