  The hotel is situated right in the heart of Amsterdam. The hotel itself is quite large, but despite this it has a very intimate feel. Each floor has a slightly different design, and each space is unique. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They were exceptionally helpful. Before I arrived I had to request an invoice. I had a few is... what people say » sues, but they were all resolved very quickly, via clear and prompt email communication. I also requested a room with a double bed, towards the back - Excellent location, right in the heart of the city...we walked everywhere! This hotel is very different to any other hotel I have stayed in. It's so funky and artistic. It's like a maze inside but we found this fun navigating back to our room after an enjoyable night out in Amsterdam. Even better after a long day was getting into the Queen size bed which was very comfortable.

  Very friendly reception and helpful much better than other hotels i have stayed in Amsterdam and for the location the price was excellent.we normally stay at the Van Gelder hotel which is only 4 doors away and the hotel Delta is 90 Euros cheaper per room for the weekend and at the Delta you also get a breakfast included in the price...Coffee,Orange... what people say » juice..Cerials..Scrambled Eggs..Beans..Bacon.. - This was our fourth stay at the Delta, and each visit has been more pleasant than those previous. Delta continues to upgrade the rooms and facilities and we will continue to stay there when we visit Amsterdam. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the hotel restaurant serves a good varied menu at reasonable prices (15% discount for hotel guests) and the ample breakfast buffet is great!

  The hotel is very conveniently located (near the train station, the canal boat locations and the highly walkable set of city canals). The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (I was having back spasms and they really took care of me.) Our room was remarkably quiet -- the Damrak was full of noisy soccer fans, but our window opened onto a well ... what people say » between buildings and we heard almost none of it. - I was here about 10 days ago with my friends, the location was really excellent, in the town center and near the train station, staff was helpful and very kind, the reception works 24h a day, it was clean and we had so much fun, I would recommend it if you are coming to Amsterdam.

  Everything was really nice - room had new furniture and everything was nice and clean, bathroom also was very nice. The beds were huge and it was very warm in the room.   This is probably the most impressive Bed&Breakfast that we have ever stayed in European countries. At beginning it may appear to be a common cheap and dirty small hotel in downtown. But if you walk up the stairs to the top floor of the old building (Goran was very kind to help with the luggage), you will find a unique, stylish premise which is... what people say » so different from all the other B&B or small hotels. There are two rooms and we stayed in the one closer to the pantry. The room itself is larger - First of all, when we arrived, Goran (the manager) was waiting for us. He explained everything, gave tips of places to visit the city, showed the whole house and its facilities. I could feel immediately the level of care and love he put even in the smallest details... The location is perfect, less then 10 minutes walk from the train station. The room was very comfortable, very clean, and very cousy.
