It was walking distance to the museums, public transportation to the airport and other areas was around the corner from the hotel.   I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. From the staff to the cleanliness, to the room....it was all excellent. Linda helped us one morning and made phonecalls on our behalf to help us find specific shops in town. I loved the room. Parking is free from Friday 6 p.m. to Monday 9 a.m. After that it is Euro 1.50 for an hour or Euro 9.00 I believe for the day. We loved the hotel's room which perfectly blended modern convenience with the charm of the city and of Flemish paintings. Wholeheartedly recommended. - The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Anything we needed they provided including helping us with our luggage and calling a cab for us. When we arrived, the host came out to the front door to greet us. When we left the entire staff came out to say goodbye to us. Beautiful and quiet place, and lovely people.
