Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast. very close to the rail station and city centre. Hotel food excellent. The tourist offer with the booking was fantastic. Right across the road from the Railway Station. With 2 heavy suitcases it was a major point in chosing the Haarhuis Hotel, therefore the map was instrumental. Beds were fantastic as were staff.

Centric place, close to the city center and main station. THe staff was friendly. Centrally located with parking facilities. Good restaurant, friendly staff. Fast check-in. The hotel has a very good central location, 200 metres from Arnhem train station. The breakfast buffet is included in the hotelroom price and is a good breakfast.The building and the carpetting. service. it's easily approachable and very close to the center. Convenience / short distance to train station. It was very convenient to the railway station and close to the centre of Arnhemn. the staff did their best to appear friendly and helpful. nothing!!!! it was my worth stay in best western ever.Price was a little steeper than we thought was necessary, however it did include a buffet breakfast. Internet price to use the hotel internet was also too high but in keeping with many other European hotels. The gym is very small and cluttered with equiptment. bathroom was minute. The room was a bit smaller than expected.I was a little surpoprised that smoking was allowed in the hotel, including the restaurant. No iron / ironing board in the room.I do not like all hotels nowadays offering artificial stuff such as ( juice ). Breakfast is mabe the last impression of the hotel, so it has to be good. the single rooms do not have a bath and are very small and not renovated yet.For the price the bedroom was very small?. no parking place annd very poor lighting in the room.Rooms were extremely small for 2 adults. Room very small, beds very small, mattress too soft. Rowdy guests during middle of night. The room was small. It was meant to be a non smoking room but must have been a smoking room in the past as it stank of stale cigartee smoke. It was not possible to open the windows to ventilate the room and theregore the smell will remain until such time as the room is redecorated. The breakfast was very limited. Normally on a continental breakfast you also get a choice of cheeses and cold meats. special the room small, bad small, not clean.There is nothing I like about this hotel. Service is terrible. They tried to overcharge me when I checked out. Pay TV which I didn't order, 1 extra night, overcharge laundry service, telephone calls I didn't make.
