  The Staff were welcoming and friendly, a very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast also very good, although was a bit late as needed to leave early, bit it is ok given this hotel is not for business travellers and I chose it because I needed to attend a conference, and had to do it at the very last minute. Location was perfect, within walking distance to everything, very clean, breakfast was ok, and staff are very friendly. When we checked in, the desk agent, named Naddy (sp?) was great. He made sure room was going to accommodate the four of us and all our luggage, and although he warned us of the huge climb to the top floor, we would most likely be happiest there. I imagine he was right. Although it was an attic-like room, it was suitable. Location of apartment is probably the best feature...also nice to have the breakfast food in the mornings.

  The hotel staff were very friendly/lovely and very helpfull. Lovely hotel and the room was actually large. Hotel in nice area by Botanical Gardens (Horticus Botanicus) 15-20 min walk into city centre! Definately stay there again! - quiet, friendly and close to center. 2 stars but feels like 3, to say the least.
