  Host was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. Amazing apartment, very much of a bespoke open plan environment. Number 4 tram runs every few mins about 5 mins walk away to central Amsterdam! I would recommend this apartment to anyone hoping to see the sights and visit Amsterdam with a little luxury. The bed is around 1mtr from the ground which gives plenty of room underneath it. There is free wifi internet (speed is ok) but its only available in the public area.

The building was freshly renovated, the place overall good, fully equiped. Also, I would like to recommend the friendly and reliable staff: we have left there a luggage with some expensive stuff and they had been very helpful to get our luggage back.

  The hotel staff were very friendly/lovely and very helpfull. Lovely hotel and the room was actually large. Hotel in nice area by Botanical Gardens (Horticus Botanicus) 15-20 min walk into city centre!   We had a great time at the houseboat. The house is well appointed, the owners are great, and the location is the best. We would often sit out on the deck in the evening with a bottle of wine and watch the locals go putting by in their canal boats. We felt like residents. All you have to do is draw back the curtains or sit on the deck and you can - We were delighted with our stay in the blue houseboat . The location was perfect for what we wanted to do , ie see the Anne Frank house , the Van Gogh exhibition at the hermitage , the Rijks museum , eating out and wandering the shops of the nine street and Jordaan areas . The houseboat itself was very cosy and spotless , just like sn apartement , with all we could need for our stay. Guy was most welcoming and helpful . It was a lovely way to see Amsterdam .
