Friendly staff did their best to answer your questions and problems. Breakfast varied and nutritious. Breakfast hours could have started earlier; 9 am on the weekend is not early enough for conference attendees with programmes that start at 8:00 am. Good breakfast, clean room with all facilities, available staff. Position: 5 min to the center by tram in front of the hotel, museums on foot.Would have liked some tea making facilities in the room. Atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. breakfast, quietness, heating, balcony. Helpful reception,excellent breakfast. Staff is responsive to our requests. good breakfast. Size of room very small for two persons. On arrival wished to cancel 4th night of stay, but was refused being told that longer notice was needed. Information about departing earlier than reserved and claiming refund needs to be clarified at time of booking.Room was quite tiny. We had to pay cash for the whole stay at our arrival (Credit card payment required 4% extra commission!). double-deck bed in a single room. Narrow staircase. bed is too soft. room No. 2 (twin room) is a bit too small. breakfast only starts to serve after 8am which is a bit late.room was very small, but changed without request to larger room the next day. rooms are a little small. no elevator. The smallness of the rooms... Okay for two nights, but I stayed six, andit became a little claustrophobic after a while... stayed on top floor two nights - four flights of stairs from breakfast room. Internet access was miserable, no go! Never again.
