Nice, spacious room, fantastic location, nice lobby, 'Endless Sunday' policy allowing check-out up to 17h on Sundays.

Great stay, although more a 3/4* than a 5*

we ordered a taxi for 6.45 thru the reception at 7.15 and several phone calls later we had to walk to the station

The quality of the hotel. It felt like it was more that a 3 star hotel. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to all shops and the red light district. We would definately stay there again.

Although i didnt dislike anything in particular, i feel that a 24 hour resident bar would have been an advantage as all the bars and cafes's in the area closed quite early.

The hotel was in a great location. The pillows in the room were very comfortable and the finishing touchs in the bathroom with the Toiletries was really nice.

The noise of the cleaners in the morning was poor. they would be cleaning rooms at 8.30am and making as much noise as possible. This is not fair on guest that are still there. Sound proofing was not to good either.

The hotel has elevators which is not easy to find in Amsterdam. Staff was very kind and helpful

Breakfast is much too expensive to take it, but there is an excelent bakery on the hotel corner with fresh sendwitches, sweets and fruit drinks.

When in Amsterdam, I always stay at this hotel. Location and hotel staff are excellent.

I asked for a large smoking room and thats exactly what I got. Although the beds were pushed together to make a double it didn't matter as the beds were so large.
