The hotel was very modern and stylish. The room was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant was amazing with beautiful food and drinks! The staff were very helpful and polite. Not a bad word to say!

Maybe a touch far from central Amsterdam but only a short tram ride into town from a stop just over the road.

I liked the food and the view.

I didn't like the fact that we could not control the temperature in the room, so it was cold. We also had a problem with the design of the room.

A modern, beautifully decorated place in a central yet quiet location. Food served in the brasserie downstairs was delicious and nicely presented, staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The lights in the bathroom are a bit dim, tricky to do make up in the morning. Stayed for one night only. If longer, the storage space might be an issue, the wardrobe is tiny, and with two bathrobes and ironing board in it has no space for anything else.

Staff were so professional and friendly. The room was comfortable, immaculate and sumptuous. A gorgeous bathroom with a rain shower and plenty of toiletries. It is so well located near many restaurants and attractions. It has a great bar open until midnight with fantastic friendly bar staff.

We went there for Sensations White party in Amsterdam and the staff was extremely friendly, always willing to help The rooms are very good and the location is excellent, not in the city center but very well connected, there is a tram station right across the street Totally recommend this hotel

On arrival reception staff were very friendly, walked us to the lift and pointed out bar restaurant etc. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was poor for the price. No variety of fruits, muesli and yoghurt there were just small bowls ready made. I would have much preferred to have had a selection to choose from. Hot buffet was not much better so all in all a bit disappointing. If we had known we would have opted for a room only deal and eaten elsewhere.

No fan in the bathroom or heated towel rail; Shower only no bath; Shower leaked underneath door, mini-bar not fully stocked, breakfast expensive (although I believe on par with other hotels - better to eat out)

The premises of the hotel were excellent, clean and really nice.

Around 1k from Heineken experience and 1 or 2 more from the city centre and I have stayed in the underground floor with a small window. Not big deal considering the great hotel.

The hotel stuff seemed friendly, but on the whole they overcharged us twice. The pice for 3 nights was 420 Euro, and they charged 816. They charged from the credit card once before we arrived, second time during our stay and third time after we left. Be aware it is dangerous to give them credit cards' information.

The staff was very friendly. Parking is just around the corner and very safe. Because of our honeymoon anniversary we received a nice surprise! Nice design of the room. Nice Nespresso coffee machine but only 3 coffee cups to make... Very close to the city center.

The journey was too short ;-)

- We got a room in the basement, near the water system. Every time somebody in the hotel used water, we heard a loud blowing noise in our room. This was very annoying. - When I checked in, I was asked by the staff if I was able to borrow a credit card from an adolescent. I do not know if I look that young and poor, but when I gave my own AMEX, her attitude changed. This was pretty weird

The staff were very friendly...we arrived early & we could check in nearly 3hours before the time which was great.

The only thing was the distance from centraal station. We walked to the hotel the first time because by the description online we thought it was closer. A taxi was expensive & different prices everytime...maybe a recommended taxi company that dont try to rip off hotel customers would be a really good perk to stay at the hotel again & again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I liked that we could park in the hotels garage and didn't have to worry about the car.

The breakfast was too expensive at the hotel, so we just ate breakfast around the corner at a cafe.

Super Location, off the tram and into the hotel at Stadhouskrade. Super clean, super soft luxurious linen. Amiable staff, booked our tour through them.

1. Rooms has some furniture with sharp edges which you can bang into if not careful especially the fridge between the door and the toilet. 2. Strict about the 3pm check-in. 3. Taxi to Schipol was quoted 39 eur flat rate, which turned out to be 4. Was not clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

Excellent service! I mentioned that we were celebrating an anniversary, two minutes later we got a bottle of wine as a congratulations. Difficult to stay anywhere else on our next trip to Amsterdam! A bit of a walk to the center, but perfect if you don't want to live in the marijuana smell or in between two red lights. Perfect!
