Good location close to tram line. Modern fixtures.

Tough to find the first time, could use much better signage. Shower design flooded part of the bathroom each morning. Had to cut through neighboring hotel lobby when the doorbell system had errored out.

Had an excellent stay, Hotel Mosiac, is a nice contemporary/modern hotel which is ideal for young people/families. I wish they had a safety deposit box, so that I wouldn't have to carry my passport around. Apart from that I give this hotel a 10/10. Staff were very helpful from the moment we walked. They go out of their own way to help you find your way around. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Mourad, Muhammad and Mohit for your kind hospitality.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and of a great quality. The location was only a short walk to the tram which takes you straight to Dam Square. Nice bars and restaurants right outside. We got an incredible price for our rooms and would love to stay again. Strictly no smoking.

One of the rooms had a problem with the shower flooding slightly, not majorly though. My shower was great and I didn't want to get out! It took us a couple of minutes to figure out how to get into the hotel, though this is nothing major and probably due to us being knackered from our travels :)

I liked really the staff and the location I was there twice in one week There was a receptionist i think she is japanese ,she is really cute and when i asked her for earlier check in because im tired she said yes Thnk u very much When i come back to amsterdam i will stay at this hotel again

We spent one night in this hotel. Normally hotel's check-in start at 14.00. but we arrived in Amsterdam early morning (about 8.00) and got the room immediately. Very friendly staff, good location not so far from the centre, in the museum area. We booked room for special price in discount. So we've got room with personal shower and toilet for hostel's price. In front of the hotel tram station (about 10 min to central station).

It was all positive, nice hotel with clean and fresh rooms. Good facilities in the rooms, internet works fine! Nice staff! Location was also good, easy to walk to the centre.

Only point related to heating in the room, it was very cold and heating didn't work well.

Love the look and style of hotel. The male receptionist on the 2nd floor was really friendly and went the extra mile to cater for us.

- 24/7 reception - modern style building and rooms - mint to good condition of sheets and bath room facilities - free coffee & drinks from 2 pm - 8 pm (not during breakfast times though) - only 10 min easy walk to Leidseplein

- The beds are very soft as they are made up of two mattresses but no bed base. - You'll have to live out of your suitcase as there's hardly enough closet space nor any possibility to hang up clothes or wet towels.

I am often a visitor to Amsterdam, and on a comparative basis Mosaic hotel was good value. It lacks a hotel atmosphere, it is more like staying in an apartment but that is fine, and it is close to Leidseplein.

I try to stay in a hotel that offers breakfast in Amsterdam so the absence of a breakfast might be a concern for some given that it is often included in the room rate at many hotels in the city.

I booked a room and arrived to Amsterdam at 23 o'clock.It was a late check-in,but I called the reception 1-2 hours before and got NO problems.It's easy to reach by tram No.1 from central station,by feet it takes 5 min to Rijksmuseum square.Rooms are small,but I searched for a place to sleep and walked by feet around Amsterdam,so for that reasons this place is perfect.It's clean.

The only problem is plastic card,that doesn't everytime open doors outside and inside hotel. And the TV switched on only at morning

Do not believe all triple rooms have balconies, these appear as a different room class on booking and the hotel facilities/some reviews do not make this clear. Also not the most obvious hotel and entrance. 10am check out time.
