The breakfast was wonderful, the room was clean with a view of the back yard which was nice, the free use of the internet was a major plus since we we had been traveling for 2 weeks and needed to contact folks and also the airlines to check in the day before, and everyone that worked at the front desk was extremely friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent, allowing us to reach the downtown easily. The buffet breakfast was good and daily made! The last floor rooms are perfect for a short romantic stay. The personnel are available and professional. Honestly, I was satisfied during my stay, and for a next trip to Amsterdam, I will book there again.

Also, located on the street with all the big fashion houses and just outside Voldenpark. We paid E 200 for one night for a family of 4.The positioning of the toilet in the shower room was a bit inconvenient and it would have been almost impossible to use by overweight people. some noise from other guests late at night. should have free wi-fi. Mice. Nothing other then it being a little pricey for the time of year we went. The radiator regulator was inaccessable in our first room and the room was increadably warm. When I first reviewed the bedlinen I had concerns that the duvet cover was freshly laundered.These are minor issues in the whole picture, but still: ridiculously expensive wifi, no fruit or vegetables on the breakfast buffé. the early breakfast. the rooms were too small. the balcony was very unsafe. Lower rooms (basement) small and noisy ceiling. Internet slow. There is no parrking facilities although they provide you an alternative it is no so cheap. It's a bit far from the centre, although on the website it's written "in the heart of Amsterdam" or something like that. One needs the tram to get there, otherwise at least 20 minutes walking from the Central Station.room smelled terribly musty and the beds are really small. breakfast time.
