Great location and room. Good value for money

We were given two single beds rather than a double

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was located just out of the way from the middle of town so it gave us a little area to ourselves with some peace and quiet. The rooms weren't too small, and it was very clean. Internet access was very easy to use and convenient. All in all, fantastic stay and I would absolutely go back there again, in fact I already have!

My neighbours!! The room's doors are noisy when they are closed if not done with care and my neighbours seemed to like slamming them!

it was easy access to the main parts of town and a tram stopped right outside the hotel (you can pay for the tram on the tram ) the bathroom was a tad small and they need a better shower curtain as the floor got soaked...

The room was spacious, neat and clean. The coffee maker and the small refrigerator in the room were very useful and good.

Rather small room in semi-basement (but had a window) - however the high standard of decor, comfort, cleanliness and reasonable price made up for this. Breakfast too expensive at 15 euros pp so didn't eat it.

For what it was, the extra charge for breakfast was poor value. It was cheaper - and nicer - to have breakfast at a small cafe a minute's walk from the hotel.

It's in a very calm and quiet part of Amesterdam, in front of the Artis (zoo). You get to the center of the city in ten minutes walking.

The bathroom was a bit small and the house keeping was very early in the morning knocking on the guests doors.

The location of the hotel was good, helpfull staff in the reception

We had to write down our passport and the CREDITCARDno. Not sooptional!! When we checked out they had already blooked the sum but didnot know that this was done and my husband had to pay as may card wasdeklined.When we came home I had some trouble to get my money back on mycard. Very bad!!!

Good Location, quite and easy to find, nice building
