Very nice place in the center of the town. Very kind people to welcome you and assist you if any troubles. Perfect for a week end trip in amsterdam or more.

If you have noisy neighbour it can be very unpleasant because we hear pretty well

The room was a good size, nicely furnished and with a working tv. The bathroom was really nice too, very clean and had a hair dryer. We loved our stay here as it was right next to the flower markets so it was easy to find our way there (once we already knew where it was) and it wasn't too loud at night.

The stairs where quite steep and we had no help carrying our bags up and the room was meant to be bed and breakfast but we never were given any details about breakfast and never reviewed one

As there is no housekeeping, front desk staff etc. it feels like home. You've got the keys of the entrance and your room. That's it. In this sense, it is very confortable.

The hotel has no noticeable sign, so it is hard to find despite its central location.

Extremely good location in walking distance to everything you want to see in Amsterdam. Spanish tapas, bars/pubs and flower market just downstairs. Two toilets and shower is shared between rooms, however for the short city trip it was a perfect choice.

The location of the room was great for riding the tram and walking to any of the central city locations. Shopping, restaurants and the flower market are right outside your door.

Nightlife noise can be a problem. A few bars are close by and as the night wears on and people leave the bars the not so considerate drinkers can be a bit loud in the early hours.

Outside the flower market, easy access to trams, close walk to museums, city center. Reliable internet and cafes downstairs for quick eats. A bit tricky finding the door for the place, so look for the single door next to the ice cream joint. Steep stairs (no lifts), but hey... It's Europe... Bathroom was outside of the room, but it was exclusively ours. Can't lock the bathroom, but there's plenty of space in the bedroom to stow your toiletries...

The shower and toilet are not in the room. It is not Privat shower and toilet because they are open for anyone. The Internet doesn't work.
