Well easy to find and access from major road,located close enough toother towns/cities to be able to travel about. Quiet at night. very helpful staff, and food in restaurant was excellent. Price, location, double bed, seperate bedroom door. I was there before and knew what to expect.Breakfast. Reception Staff were helpful in many things.all reviews »
Our three year old enjoyed the play area at reception which had lego andcolouring pages and pens. I could not place my suitcase on a stand. There was a problem with the drains that caused a bad localised smell.The telephone did not work. We had to argue about for the 5 years old grandson sleeping in existingbedding and we were charged for his breakfast in spite of theinformation provided in the hotel booklet existing in every room.No Ironing Facility, No Safety Deposit Box. The staff until Wednesday good, Thursday shift very ignorant and arrogant, I don't register complaints, I vote with my feet. My family recently stayed at this hotel after reading a favourablereview stating it was family focused. However, much to ourdisappointment this was far from the case. Rooms where incredibly smalland when we enquired as to thr travel cot we had prebooked we whereinformed that it was unavailable. Reception staff not customerfocused.VERY Disappointing experience.
