  Excellent hotel: the best price for the best one. Free shuttle to the aiport every twenty minute and after 12 20 in the morning you just need to call them and they will pick you up (you can go to the airport for any reason: to go to the central station by train (very easy ) or to go home) - They offered me the new Woman's Suite without my knowledge... what people say » or request. It was a most delightful stay because of it. They went out of their way to ensure that I had an enjoyable stay, even allowed me early check-in at 10am.

As there were nine of us, the staff gave us a meeting room in which to change clothes, and the use of a bathroom to wash up, as we were headed to Amsterdam for the day. I had booked dinner reservations for the evening; there were eleven in our group. Help from the concierge in getting boarding passes on the Internet. The pea soup and breads for supper at the bar!!!

Super breakfast with wide array of choices was included in price of the room. Complementary regular shuttle service every half hour or so to and from airport terminal. Staff very helpful and ... what people say » courteous. Excellent service and very good value. - It was a pleasant stay - if I have to pass through AMS again, I'll certainly stay at your hotel. I was most appreciatiave that the Front Desk clerk put me in a room "far from the busy lobby". I needed to fully rest up and there was no disturbance, so I slept very well. The breakfast was excellent, thank you.

  Staff were very helpfull and spoke good english, the hotel is 2 mins walk from the train station and only 2 stops from the centre of amsterdam . . the food is excellent too .i will use this hotel again. - The proximity to Amsterdam city center and the availability of public transport
