We found the hotel to be more than we expectd. The restaurant hadfairly priced food, the room was adequate and location was perfect forour needs. - I got sick during the night/early morning and the cafe was still open and was able get teas and beverage to settle my stomach

This place was perfect for spending the night before departure. I arrived early on the day before I was leaving The Netherlands and while I understandably couldn't get into my room before noon, the staff stored my bags so I could go explore Amsterdam.
They have a very convenient shuttle bus to Schiphol so catching a train into the city is a snap.

A beautiful place to stay!
You can take the Ibis/Etap/Novotel bus from the airport and get off at Novotel, then walk one block.
Grocery store is a few blocks away. Good prices there.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.

For value for money this would be the best hotel i have stayed anywhere in the world , staff are extra helpful , rooms very clean and functional , great bar and facilities - Everything, including the free Shuttle Bus to the airport and free Internet access. Free shuttle to the aiport every twenty minute and after 12 20 in the morning you just need to call them and they will pick you up (you can go to the airport for any reason: to go to the central station by train (very easy ) or to go home) - They offered me the new Woman's Suite without my knowledge

We had a stopover in Schiphol and booked one nights accommodation at the
Holiday Inn Express. The pick-up service from the airport was much
appreciated, the bedrooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was
good. The proximity of the railway station in Hoofddorf, which was a
short walk, was great as our flight the following day was an evening one
so we enjoyed a canal trip and lunch in the city centre. Our bags were

Nice atmosphere, exellent service - The lobby and restaurant was very nice and a surprise, the room itself was somewhat small. The hotel staff was wonderful and I would recommend this hotel for anyone who does not like the feel of the big,impersonal chain hotels
