This was my first time in Nepal. And also Dream Nepal Hotel and Apartment was my first hotel that I lived in. The managers of the hotel are very nice and they can make travel plan for you especially for the first time travelers. The staffs there are really friendly to me and they make wonderful breakfast for you. They have free wifi and very well facilities in the room. all reviews » Beautiful design comes with clean and tidy which I have stayed on third floor. There was wi fi connection,everyday hot shower,quite too. Front desk staff's are helpful anytime as you are require for your information about kathmandu city and many more. This is my first experience in Kathmandu what I had experience with Nepali hospitality its amazing brilliant, oasis of warm hospitality in bustle place of Kathmandu. Inside the hotel there you can have choices of foods but be sure your order on ti. Management made me feel at home. I specially enjoyed the services provided by Yugi, the hotel's owner. They went above and beyond to help me out with city sight-seeing and a flight to the Everest mountain for prices WAY BELOW the market rate. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The location is excellent, within walking distance from many attractions. Firstly,iam very impressed by the hotel's wel-coming staffs and their customer service.i have booked the one day trip from the hotel travel desk and which i had paid was regenable price compare to the others.during,the day time there was some noise coming from the outside but in the night there wasn't any disturbance.you can sleep well.i do book this hotel in my next visit. Limited equipment in the room Wi-fi very weak. not easy to find the hotel if you will easily get lost. A bit noisy at night. A bit noisy at times inside and outside of the hotel. It was a comfortable stay but I expected a bit more for the price. There was no confirmation of my requests for rooms and airport pick up. - We booked a Deluxe room. When we arrived, they gave us a lower category room : small room on the 5th. floor ( no lift ), with a narrow toilette ( less than 1m. wide !! ), no cupboard, no chair, with a broken support curtain,... We complained and the manager recognised the " mistake " and he gave us another room only a little better ( but not our booked room )... and we had a 30 % discount. - Breakfast is poor. - No lift. - Bad WiFi in rooms. Lack of communal lounge or sitting space. Mattress was a bit hard.
