We have also received an upgrade of our room which was very comfortable and unexpected. We are very grateful to the owner, Mr. - The owner Reibal and his staff were absolutely the best among all the riads we stayed at during our two-wk trip through Morocco. Reibal gives his personal attention to each guest like no other hotel owner, and makes you feel like staying at your own home in Fez. A very lovely restored traditional Moroccan home, that would be.
