First of all the uncomparable friendly behevior of the owners (the couple), that makes you staying in a nice amd lovely family, more than in a hotel o guest house. It is very rare to find professionality and human warmth matched together in the same host, but it happen in the case of the Ryad Dar Karima. The Ryad architecture is fantastic, very accurate in any detail and with precious pieces here and there. The room are large and very comfortable, as all is made for your comfort. The food is ge.
all reviews » Dar Karima was awesome! As soon as we entered from the busy medina, we were transported into an oasis of calm and luxury. We were offered delicious mint tea and made to feel at home right away. The whole riad is more beautiful than in the photos, and is kept in pristine condition by the lovely girls who work there. The hosts, Saleh and Najia, are lovely people who went over and above to ensure that we had the best possible experience in Rabat. (When my sister got sick, Najia made tea infusions . The Riad is beautiful, clean and very well-equipped and has an excellent location near the middle of the medina. The owners, Saleh and Najia, are charming hosts who treated us like family and went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. The breakfasts were superb and the evening meals were the best food we experienced in Morocco. If you are travelling to Morocco, I would strongly recommend a stay in the charming city of Rabat and the delightful Riad Dar Karima. when I chose Riad Dar Karima I couldn' t know how much we would have liked it....how much the owners Najia and Salah were so friendly, nice and charming. I went to Rabat with my wife my daugters and my parents and we had all a very pleasant stay. We could experience the real Morocco hospitality. The Riad is amazing,clean and well positioned for a tour of Rabat and its Medina. Breakfast and dinner were simply delicious and rich. We will certainly return !! Marco (Italy). We arrived there very late but were welcomed with great smiles. The owners wife Najia called to find out if we needed anything else. At that late hour we were served with Moroccan tea & cookies. Mr Saleh, the owner & his wife were very happy to serve us with breakfast. Their Riad was the best place we stayed at in all of Morocco. And I was the first South African guest. Riad Karina is definitely the place to stay in Rabat. Riad dar Karima is a perfect choice when staying in Rabat or Casablanca. The owners, Salah and Najia are exceptional hosts. They are extremely warm, friendly and attentive and really go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and looked after. The structure itself ia beautiful and clean, located in a quiet but lively part of the medina. Other members of staff are polite and make you feel at home. Highly recommended!. Saleh, Najia, and their excellent staff made me feel at home during my stay at Riad Dar Karima. Breakfasts were plentiful and beautifully served in the courtyard. Dinner was excellent and served in the luxurious 'salon'. My room was charming and comfortable. The location in the medina made sightseeing a breeze. My favorite part was my lengthy talks with Saleh - his love of Rabat and Morocco are quite infectious. Salah and Najia doall they can to make you feel at home. Breakfast is as delocious as tea and dinner, lively conversations in the courtyard last from tea time to bed time and most guests participate. After 13 nights in the Warda room I felt like a family member and was treated as such. Salah even helped me find an unlikely artisan in the medina who was able to repair a part of my 50-year old Technika camera. I like everything about my stay there: ....owner & staff went out of their way to make our stay there so enjoyable & stress free. .... Salad , the owner, spent time with us, explaining the sites to visit, restaurants to eat at, culture of Morocco, etc. very generous with his time, And energy. .....Recommend this Riad to anyone that wishes to have a rich experience in a traditional medina in Rabat. In a traditional Morrocan Riadh located in the old Rabat city, here you are not in the beurucracy of a hotel. You feel just at home and Mr. Salah is as caring as daddy! The environment is a tasty traditional Morrocan and everything is good and clean. If you'd like comfort and calmness this is also your place. Highly recommended. Perfect, ideal Riad. It is a bit difficult to find, but the owner is always available to help you. Call him, and you'll be picked for arriving to the Ryad. Nothing!. Nothing!. Nothing. Nothing - I'd recommend the riad to anyone traveling to Rabat. We liked everything there!!. Not accebel by car.You have to park your car at +/- 200 m and there is also at night not so Munch place. Nothing to report. Ufrotunately there is no pool!. - a lot of noise in our room and no double glass windows although indicated in Riad description. a bit difficult to find without help. The staff were either unfriendly or really shy. The place is extremely hard to find and when I tried phoning them to get better instructions no one would answer the phone. Thank goodness for the traffic guide who knew where it was and helped us out as the hotel was not that much help. Even when we got there we just rec'd a shrug from the staff when we asked why they were not asnwering the phone.... - annoying service - heavy smell in the room.
