I liked everything, yes it's not a five stars hotel in terms of facilities( No spa, no gym, no swimming pool, no bathtub, no bar....) so if you are these things this not for you. If you are looking for a very clean, cozy, friendly, super quiet, and authentic place to stay then this is for you. Here you are surrounded by locals everywhere, you see kids playing soccer in the alleys next to the Dar.
The staff are super friendly from the manger( alyia) to the receptionist( abdulmajeed) who is avail. all reviews »
A very nice riad with particularly charming rooms. Each room is decorated with much care in one or two colors, and the overall impression is lovely. The place is located right inside the medina, which is a nice location from which to explore Rabat. But the difference-maker is the manager, Majid, who is very friendly, does everything he can to help, and loves to sit down for a conversation. All of this comes at a very reasonable price.
I really liked this cultural old style house more than any hotel I
visited in Morocco, I like the amazing design which is what Morocco
about, I like the staff were so helpful and so kind, the location was
right near everything I wanted, very relaxing calm house, u just feel
like u r home, the food was amazing.
I just have nothing to complain, it was one of my best holidays ever....
It is very nice family hotel. The hotel owner is amazing, talkative, helpful, also good food and atmosphere. I would like to suggest to try this hotel for others, because atmosphere helped us to relax, the owner helped to know new culture.
Thanks!.
staff is very nice and helpful. breakfast is good. terrace is nice, you can see all medina and listen the muezzin's call... very suggestive!.
Very nice Hotel, although is not a fancy one, the decoration is so ad hoc. The staff is so friendly and is well located.
Everything! The riad is very cosy and everyone there will make feel like home. I will definitely come back!.
Great and helpful staff. Very enjoyable breakfast. Good location just near the medina.
manger and staff friendly
our room was cool and spacious
plenty of hot water.
Clean and not hard to find. Hot water all the time. Great pillows.
Friendly staff good location.
Great man Majid! He was looking after everything!
Very comfortable bed.
The staff was very friendly and super helpful.
The male staff was very friendly.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I love the medinas of Morocco, people are so genuinely kind and warm - and this hotel is most definitely right in the middle of it! Décor is simple and pleasant.
Nothing.
Breakfast and the rooftop terrace are merely average, but not at all bad.
room is hot and wet.
It is just inside the Medina, what is nice, but if you have to arrive in the late nigth is impossible. Anyway, a guy from the staff wait for us outside the Medina and take us directly, because for sure we'll never made it by ourselves.
Difficult to find at first and there is no heater, so it was a little cold at night.
Could be noisy but not bad.
Location, bad area.
Locates at very end of a very narrow alley without any sign at entrance of the alley. Door was locked without anybody around. Bathroom was wet with only one tower available. If you used for an evening shower after one day outdoor activity, you have to use the same wet tower for next morning.
Website should state clearly that this hotel is only accessible on foot.
I think it is overpriced for what it is - more like a hostel.
Rooms do not have exterior windows, which is rather claustrophobic and means that noise travels - also privacy is not great.
I'm really sorry to say, but unfortunately having become a little bit of an expert on this issue in NY - there are not visible, but a few biting bedbugs :(.
