  We were efficiently collected from the airport and brought to the door of the Riad. From that moment we received the most outstanding service imaginable: we were greeted in person and offered refreshments to relax. We went off on a guided tour of the Medina, arranged previously through the Riad and - Wow! where do I start from? We travel every month but this is the place we will go back to just for the sake of this hotel - Dar Anika and its epitome of hospitality. We were treated like the Royals with such warmth and passion.The staff treated us like their extended family including the owner brothers!   I really loved the customer service the Riad gave us. When we arrived they served us tea with pastries inside a relaxing area. Mustafa is amazing, he woke up early (6am) to serve us breakfast before an excursion. We enjoyed the authentic breakfast that was served to us daily. - The place is very nice and clean, quiet and well situated. Mu'staff'... what people say » ah is extremely nice and very helpful. After forgetting our passports he tracked us down in the square in the nick of time as we were about to get on our bus.We strongly recommend this place.
