With so many Riads to choose from our end choice was based on other
reviews. We chose to be met at the airport as arranged by Zak the
manager of the Riad, this cost 15€ and we would advise others to do the
same as the Tahar Oasis would be very difficult to find. On arriving
close to the hotel we were taken on foot to the Riad through a few
streets... what people say » and into what can only be described as an alleyway. Initially we
were concerned as the alleyway was dark and our natural instincts were
one of danger -
The staff at the hotel were fantastic as was the decor, comfort and the
best breakfast I had while in Morocco. I like the riad set up as it is
very authentic and the roof terrace at the Tahar was really lovely.
Location too, right on the edge of the shopping district was just right,
but being off the main streets very quite and relaxing too. It is hard
to find alone, but the manager is happy to meet you if you need and
assist with directions and luggage.

decor, to the food to the staff made the stay memorable. Dar Massi is

The rooms are all beautiful. The staff is very friendly and Frederique (the owner) is a wonderful host who even went to pick us up at the Jemma el Fna Square because we got lost the first day.
Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable.

We stayed here for 5 nights in November and Riad Lorsya couldn't have suited us more perfectly. It is brilliantly situated just off Marrakech's souks in the centre of the Medina and amazingly peaceful considering its central, bustling location. There is a pervadi... what people say » ng feeling of calm in this riad and it was sheer bliss sitting on the top terrace listening to the calls to prayer and the swallows, watching the sun -
It was our first night in Marrakech and what a great choice! Riad Lorsya is a hidden gem. We loved everything about it. The room was lovely, with an exotic feel, clean and comfortable. The Riad is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and big, not mentioning the fact that to my surprise I was provided with a gluten free bread! I'm so greatful for that:) As per our request breakfast was served much earlier than usual. Staff was extremely nice and spoke very good English! There was a very nice, lai

We booked this riad based on the strength of it's reviews and were not disappointed. The breakfasts in the riad were delicious and there was no shortage of food - fruit salad, egg, panc -
The service was excellent with all the staff, especially the Manager

As everyone has mentioned before - Marie and Philippe and their staff
make you very welcome. I think everyone is so relieved to find such a

with people, scooters, carts and horses and determined shopkeepers
selling interesting but mostly shoddy wear... Through the twisting
alleys - and knocking on the door to be greeted by a smiling, welcoming
face; you do feel that you have arrived home and are calm and relaxed.
