We stayed here for 5 nights in November and Riad Lorsya couldn't have suited us more perfectly. It is brilliantly situated just off Marrakech's souks in the centre of the Medina and amazingly peaceful considering its central, bustling location. It is a maze of alleys around the riad, but they are easy and fun to navigate around. There is a pervadi... what people say » ng feeling of calm in this riad and it was sheer bliss sitting on the top terrace listening to the calls to prayer and the swallows, watching the sun -
It was our first night in Marrakech and what a great choice! Riad Lorsya is a hidden gem. We loved everything about it. The room was lovely, with an exotic feel, clean and comfortable. The Riad is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and big, not mentioning the fact that to my surprise I was provided with a gluten free bread! I'm so greatful for that:) As per our request breakfast was served much earlier than usual. Staff was extremely nice and spoke very good English! There was a very nice, lai

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great with different meals everyday which was served by the staff. We stayed at the Mata Hari room which was a decent size for two people. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The riad is tastefully decorated. The location is decent - about 10-15 mins walk from the main J'ma El Fna. It felt like a safe location and we walked back to the riad around 10.30 every night with no problems.

Very pleasant hotel, with impressive atrium seating area, decent pool and clay tennis courts. Essentially it's a sort of French version of a Thompsons hotel. Good breakfast, large room and ideally placed for exploring Marrakech (see guide below). Would certainly recommend Les Idrissides.

The family rooms are fantastic. You could lose yourself in the suite. The rooms were really spaceous, great faccilities, hotel really gets everyone involved with alot of events taking place, pools were great, easy to exchange money. The maids cleaning the room used the towels to create patterns etc on the beds which the kids really loved. They also always left sweets and rose petals on the beds every nice was was great. The Riad looks great, many details in the main areas and especially in the rooms.
The family running the place is very kind and professional.

Amazing Riad - brilliant staff, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful Riad, very clean, with a massive comfy bed. Lovely breakfast. beautiful terrace.
We arranged for the transfer from the airport, which i would recommend, as the medina is a bit of a maze to start with, the transfer is 8 euros per person and is just added to your bill.

The rooms were cute, if a little on the plainer side compared to other riads at this level. We were actually redirected to an annex/the other riad belonging to the owner, so I'm commenting on a slightly different space. I think it was called Riad Yacout or Yacoub. I didn't actually realize we were not at Alsaad until the next morning because we were led there by one of the staff and there was no sign outside. That said, it was a nice place and breakfast was good.
