What makes Sirayane the perfect resort is the attentiveness of everyone associated with the hotel. From the moment we were met and greeted on arrived by the charming Reception staff and then the owner we were well looked after for the week that we were there. all reviews » I can't fault Sirayane Boutique Hotel and spa at all! Our stay was amazing, the staff were friendly and courteous without being pushy, even the owner regularly walked around the hotel meeting and chatting to guests (something I've never seen in London!). The food offers something for everyone & though I've heard complaints about the price it is no more than we would pay over here (and taking into account the hotel is basically an oasis in the middle of a barren land I'm sure the overheads . From the moment that we arrived the staff were attentive without being intrusive, always on hand and nothing too much trouble and very friendly. The owner greeted us and welcomed us to the hotel and we were urged to relax with a drink whilst check in and our luggage was sorted out for us. We were taken to our room which did not disappoint - clean, very comfortable and quiet and as we did not arrive until the evening we had room service for our evening meal which was very good. The food here is . The place reminded me of my honeymoon trip, it felt like honeymoon again with the roses spread everywhere when we first walked in..tea was offered at reciption...the owner was there every evening making sure we are happy with everything... I wear the headscarf and the hotel has a policy of no swiming with hijabbi style outfits..i swam not knowing the policy then i was informed in a professional manner and was given access to a private pool to swim in..i was very happy with the way this was deal. Alcohol and soft drinks were expensive - having said that, this may be something relative to Marrakech and not this hotel as alcohol was not much cheaper in the other restaurants we chose to eat in. The hotel is far from the city if a person wants to shop or run a quick errand...but the hotel offers free shuttle service...so not a big issue. Still Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Seriously. The food and drink was a little on the expensive side (but the quality was excellent). The location : in the middle of nowhere about 15 min drive from the centre . But they have free shuttles to the medina so no big deal . Ummmmm ummmm I wasn't there longer!!!:-)). Nothing!. The room service was very slow. So many times I called to get dirty plates collected and no one came. The cleaning they did was just making the bed. There were only 4-5 shuttle services throughout the day. The taxis and transfers are over priced. You can get the same service from other taxi drivers. I didnt really see the luxury part in the hotel.
