Wonderful atmosphere, Beautiful riad, friendly and helpful staff, clean, quiet and nice.

A long and at night dark walk to the big square.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful (much credit to Ibrahim) Rooms are very cozy and are always kept clean

Signage could have been more prominent and visible. You could be lost finding the Hotel yourself.

Beautiful comfortable clean Riad. Just what we were looking for a 15 minute walk into the Souks. We did walk back at night once we knew our way. A taxi from the square costs £5 and has to go a much longer way around the city to get here. The enormous beds with clean sheets everyday was lovely. The staff are very helpful and even storred a case for us when we traveled to another town for a few days. I wold definitely come back here to stay next time. Thank you so much for looking after us. We loved the Riad and all of you.

To be honest there wasnt anything, but if I am going to be critical there was only one small thing. The coffee and hot water for tea for breakfast was put in flasks which had cooled a bit as we had breakfast at 9.30. We did ask for fresh everyday and this was no problem.

Relaxing and great service. Looks a bit dodgy when your cab arrives, but its beautiful inside and safe streets. Recommend letting the Riad fix your cab. We didnt and ended up paying 300dh for a cab which should cost max 100

The hotel is a beautifully decorated and quiet oasis in bustling Marrakesh. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are stylish and we'd have loved to stay more than one night and will come back for sure!

The staff is friendly and we loved them, the food is amazing, the location is super. It's clean and you can relax. They serve breakfast from 8 to 11 (so you can sleep without missing it and what a breakfast!). They don't kick you out of the room to clean it as they do it as soon as you leave (so again you can relax and don't miss the room service). The food - served on the terrace - is delicious (I recommend the beef tajine). Mint tea, wine and beer (casablanca) are always available for customers both on the terrance or near by the pool.

You have to book a table for dinner before 4pm or there's no chance you can have food and around the hotel it's difficult to find anything. Also the allow you to choose only one menu per 2 persons. Affordable and the quality is very high though . The message area in not amazing and pretty expensive.

Very helpful staff. No language problems. Lots of information when asked. Great food. Lovely rooms. Whole building lovely. Although on the outskirts it was easy to get to the Square.

For people who don't do "adventure" the outside area might put them off on arrival. We were fine as we do lots of indendant travel.

It's a beautiful riad, perfectly clean and quiet. The room was gorgeous and the atmosphere of the place is very enjoyable. It has a nice roof terrace for having dinner (although we didn't eat there). It has a small swimming pool which we didn't use but looked enough for a quick refreshment. If you go by car you can park right outside for free. Evening receptionist was very friendly, morning one not so much.

The location is not the best if what you want is to be close to the main square. It is a well 20-25 minutes walk through the medina which I wouldn't recommend at night. The morning receptionist tried to sell us a bottle of water for 2,5€ when I asked for a supermarket. The price at a petrol station was 60mad (0,5€)

Nice rooms! Very clean, looks like it does in the pictures. Good service and good breakfast.

A bit of a walk to the main square and you can easily get lost, but once you knew the way it was ok.

One of the best hotels we've ever been to! Absolutely beautiful place! Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Fabulous staff. Beautiful, clean room with AC. Great location, in the quiet area; nice 15 min walk will get you to the Jemaa al Fnna square. Absolutely safe to walk around at night. Excellent - will definitely go back!

Cleanliness of rooms Clean sheets every day Great Air-Con Very good staff - friendly and efficient Good location Nice roof top with a nice pool downstairs

Being picky here as it really was great - but would be awesome if there was some sort of shower on the roof top for when you are sunbathing so you don't always have to run down to the pool to cool off! Would have liked the option of eggs at breakfast too - but I am being picky!

We stayed at Riad Le Jardin d'Abdou for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful both at reception and the restaurant. The rooms were very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The Riad was truly beautiful and the small pool was great for escaping from the heat. We also liked the location which is a 15 minute walk from the main square. It's a quiet residential area and gives an insight to the real Marrakech. It's very safe and the shop across the road is run by the friendliest shop keeper I've ever met. Would certainly stay there again.

Wonderful riad with fantastic service - wished we could have stayed there longer

Was a bit difficult to get into the centre of town (15 min walk through unmarked streets) with no good restaurants nearby.

A lovely Riad with typical Moroccan decor mixed with modern, very well appointed, comfortable rooms with lots of storage and shelves. Very hospitable staff who did all they could to made our stay a good one

Too long a walk on the wrong side of the medina from the square, cafe's and restaurants. A 4% charge for all credit/debit card payments and prices in €uro's.

Staying at the Riad Le Jardin d'Abdou is like stepping back into the Sultan’s past time! It's luxurious Moroccan styled and attractively as well..!!! We took the dinner, tagine and it was amazing. Car can reach the entrance of the Riad. We appreciated this traditional and beautiful place. Breakfast on terrace is very nice. Abdol (one of e staff) is very cooperated and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. This riad is an oasis of piece in the busy Marrakech Medina. The staff was very friendly and helfpful. It´s a bit of a walk to the Jemaa el-Fna, but therefor the hotel is easy to access by taxi.

The Riad is beautiful with a very nice courtyard and pool, sunny roof terrace and nicely decorated rooms The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much The food is excellent, we particularly enjoyed breakfast each morning on the roof terrrace The Riad is located in a quieter part of the Medina, but still very accessable

Nothing

Very stylish, clean place to stay. Food was nice on the terrace, and very good showers. Would recommend to stay if you were happy to stay away from the crowds of djeema fna. Lady who served us first day was really nice.

A 20 min walk away from centre, ok if you know the way! Not a particularly nice walk as off tourist trail. The man who served us was polite, but we didn't let us and another couple share a taxi saying he already booked (he hadn't) and when challenged he said they were too small! He basically wanted us to pay for two taxis as a four. He also didn't give us change when we paid (assumed a tip), didn't bother looking up bus times for us, and forgot to give us our passports back!

Our stay at the Riad le Jardin D'Abdou couldn't have been more perfect. The riad is tranquil, serene and very beautiful. We felt totally relaxed as soon as we arrived. The staff are marvellous, very welcoming and helpful. We loved the additional little touches. Mint tea and the most amazing biscuits whilst we were waiting for our room. Then beautiful olives served with our wine. We would highly recommend this Riad to anyone seeking calm and relaxation after enjoying a day of hustle and bustle in the souk!

The staff here are incredible and make you feel like it's all your own place even though others are there. The facilities are excellent, with a rooftop, nice rooms, and a beautiful courtyard.

It is out of the way in a very "local" community, so hard to get to. If it's hot, you'd have a 20-minute walk to the main square. It was 36 the days we were there so we just elected to wait out the heat and stayed in the riad, which we were happy to do but if you were pressed for time you might reconsider this location.

After the hustle and bustle, the heat and dirt of medina, it was lovely to be able to escape all that back at the riad, with its cool pool and spotless presentation.

Part of the reason it is so quite is its location which is a bit away from all the action, but those extra few minutes walking were probably worth it.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Spacious comfortable rooms. Very comfortable beds. Great food and wine at competitive prices. Altogether a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

I can't say there was anything about riad that I did not like.

Although it was a very beautiful, perfectly classic decorated, super clean place I did not like it so much because the place felt sort of clinical. When you go out in the souk and see the warm chaos it is a bit weird to be received in the riad by a lady with a hospital-outfit, even though she is very friendly. Also I did not like the location, a long boring street, far away from nice medina sites.

Riad was amazing and you get everything what you would expect as any kind of traveller. A very clean and fully equipped with moderne technology while providing you tridational Morroccon stay. Staff is fabulous and they go beyond the service they've to offer. Overall we will defenatly recommend this Riad to have a memorable stay. Raza

Friendly helpful staff and communication. Good breakfast with flexible timing. Lovely room, clean, fresh. Located an easy, safe 20 minute walk away from main tourist areas, but still within city walls. Ideal if you like to see tourist areas and real city too. Would stay here again.

can be a little noisy if other guests congregate in common areas. Doors and windows very thin (but this problem is common in all Riad type places). Lovely roof terrace, but people (staff?) moving furniture around early in morning was disturbing for a while.

It was a quite beautiful Riad and the staff were delightful. The breakfast was lovely up on the roof terrace with immaculate white linen and delicious coffee etc.Our room was exquisite and bed lovely and comfortable.

Bit noisy outside but it is in the old part of town so to be expected and a bit of a hike to the interesting parts of town.

Staff were fantastic, Abdel was so welcoming and helpful. We would definetely return here, the rooms and the food is fabulous, If staying a long time , possibly more selection on the food choices, however, they were more than obliging to do eggs for breakfast.

Took us a few days of getting lost walking through to and from the Riad that we got our bearings to find it. A little out of the way, but still a very interesting and not too long a walk to the main square.,but well worth it !

Standard of workmanship and authentic design of the riad. Good quality food. Service very efficient.

French run at French prices - not good value. Not the best location - much more than the 15 minutes stated to the square: Some rooms have poorly designed ventilation. Aloof owner; does not directly engage with guests. A 4 % charge on all cards, even debit card payment

Staff were very VERY welcoming and did a great job making sure that we were comfortable. Yunis was the man!

No TV in the bedroom, couldn't get dinner arranged in our first evening in marakesh as no cook. There were some noisy guests and the rooms don't really block any noise.

In the old city Medina, quite big rooms with nice inside small garden with mini pool.

Even taxi drives dont know where hotel is.Do not book any travels with this hotel- they overcharge almost 2 times.
