good spot in the city, no more than 10 min away from Jemaa el Fnaa square. Nice breakfast. Very neatly decorated.

Very poorly indicated...we had to go and ring the bell to another Riad and ask the direction because none in the street had a clue.

We were welcomed by a very sweet and warm hearted lady called Rachida who served the best mint tea in Morocco. The room was a decent size and very clean, with good hot water! The riad and the room was nicely decorated, and the roof terrace was very sufficient. The Riad was located in the heart of the Medina, yet away from the noise of the madding crowd.

Had the taxi driver not known exactly where it was it would have been a little hard to find, but I think all the locals there knew where it was. The narrow alley where the riad is situated may seem a little daunting to some at first, but really it in our experience it was very safe.

If u wanna find this place go along the street GZA and turn to the small derb on the right before shop "jailleurs modillino".Good breakfast (typical Moroccan),staff speaks mixed english and french, great room, nice design. We came very early before the check in and we got the free breakfast without extra charges. It was very nice..

really hard to find this place. We had map from the hotel but we had to pay 10 dirham some guy and he found this place.Unfortunately there are no signs how to get there. There is a long code to access wi-fi and I think they are turning off wi fi because in the morning wi fi was out of order and during the evening was ok. Mattresses on beds on the terrace are very old.

My first Riad, which is a private house with separate rooms for rent, usually with an upper outdoor terrace and an inner garden/eating area defined by the open sky/portal above, Very Morocan stylish from doors, to towels, to decorations. Mustaffa, evening clerk helpful in English, day maid helpful in French. Located in the middle of the Medina, 10 minutes walk to the large plaza for evening entertainment/food. Simple directions to find if you're familiar with medinas. Breakfast (8:30 - 10:00) of coffee/tea/bread/preserves. Though just a few feet from the main road in the medina, extremely quiet from outside noises. Do not plan to be loud in your room, for any reason, as sound travels well in the enclosed structure.I Asked for laundry to be done, and it was returned cleaned/folded in 3 hours. I would stay there again

Individual rooms do not have locking doors, which means you are at the mercy of your fellow travelers. You may try to bring a lock to put on door when you go out. There is a hasp and metal band for such a device. Wi-fi was off-and-on but did work well.

Nice Riad but with a lot of different staff. Nobody stays there during the night. And during the day the staff changes and sometimes You don;t know to speak with. And the language... French or Arabic only. But everything else was OK. Good localization - close to Jardin Majorelle (20 minutes) and Djemma el Fna (15 minutes).Simple but tasty breakfast.

- French/Arabic staff only (but very helpful ;) )

It was a very nice clean traditional moroccan house. The room was also amazing and the staff was very helpful.

The location: far from the main square and very hard to find. Only one (the guy) of the staff members speak english. The room could not be locked individually only the main door.

High standard, clean rooms, private toilets, breakfast included, nice staff, great location, quiet place. Highly recommended.

none; Probably not a suitable place for some stupid brits expecting staff to be always smiled and over-enthusiastic. I was scared reading negative opinions of some previous guests. Morrocan people seem to behave normally and I appreciate that. Thanks.

The place is very beautifully designed. Each room is different. We stayed at Rabat room which is fantastic. We changed to a different room the next next night which is good but not as good as the Rabat room.

The rooms were cute, if a little on the plainer side compared to other riads at this level. We were actually redirected to an annex/the other riad belonging to the owner, so I'm commenting on a slightly different space. I think it was called Riad Yacout or Yacoub. I didn't actually realize we were not at Alsaad until the next morning because we were led there by one of the staff and there was no sign outside. That said, it was a nice place and breakfast was good.

As mentioned, we were redirected from Alsaad without being informed, which I found a little odd. The man who received us was a little gruff, but the lady was nice. No real complaints though.

The whole riad was super clean and elegant, with nice details such as fluffy towels in the bathroom, sun loungers on the roof terrace, and a comfy sitting room with sofas. Very good value for money.

Well situated close to the place Riad Larous and the souks

The Marrocan guy looking after the hostel was very arrogant and unfriendly. I didn't rate the staff that badly because the Marrocan woman doing breakfast/ cleaning was nice. But is attitude was not acceptable Breakfast was basic (no fresh juice, no cheese) room and bath without window; smelled sticky as no fresh air
