I booked this beautiful Riad online before visiting the wonderful and chaotic city of Marrakech with my boyfriend. I chose it because many reviews had said what an excellent location it was in, how charming the staff were and how comfortable the Riad was. Booked in for two nights we ended up staying a total of four... The Riad is absolutely stunning, complete with intricately detailed tiles, authentic Moroccan furniture, trinkets collected by the owners on the walls and a roof-terrace with view.

Cristophe was so welcoming and provided us with some really outstanding suggestions on the best places to see and also the best restaurants to go to. Everything about the place was clean, wi-fi worked perfectly throughout all the levels of the riad, the roof top terrace provided wonderful views of the Big Square and having the nice breakfast they provide up there was delightful. Riad Andalla is a place of tranquillity at the bustling Djemaa el Fna. It was always a feeling of coming home when we walked through the narrow alley to the Riad. It protects us from the noisy mopeds, the mongers and guides. The landlord Christophe gives every guest an introduction in the Marrakech customs. The splendid view from the roof-deck offers the touristic feeling of watching but not being part of the scene. Our room was on the floor above the ground floor; the outside noise was not muc. Almost everything about Riad Andalla is perfect for the price paid - the beautiful interior and furniture, the rooftop terrace with views directly over Jmaa-el-Fnaa, the simple but plentiful and fresh breakfast, and most of all, the service from Christophe and his staff. Christophe really makes you fell like you are at a home away from home - he is courteous and goes out of his way to help when required (I needed assistance with rearranging a rental car and he did this with no fuss). Where to visit where and what not to eat, he was spot on with his recommendations. Although it was a winding path to get to the "Riad Andalla" once we got there it was very welcoming & comfortable. His staff we're ve. We were welcomed with a nice mint tee and received very helpful and friendly advice from Christophe about where to go and what to see in Marrakech. Our room was charmingly decorated and clean. Another highlight was the terrasse and the nice breakfast we enjoyed there. The location of the riad is also extremely convenient. Altogether we had a great stay and would definitely come back to this great riad. The staff was very polite, we felt very looked after. The Riad is down a few narrow lanes off a main lane that leads to Jmaa-el-Fnaa, and while easy to access once you know how it could be difficult if arriving by yourself. We used the transfer service so this wasn't a problem. Breakfast wasn't exciting, was expecting a bit more really. Also I had to pay an extra fee because I payed by card, that wasn't mention before. All good - nothing would have made our stay better - except perhaps being able to stay longer!. The room was a little small, but you are in the middle of Marrakech - what are you doing staying in your room?. The room was kind of small, still very confortable and all the rest makes up for it, so I didn't mind about that at all. Room was a bit small and bathroom never seemed to dry out. Nothing.
